Graduation!
Elaine is molting well this season. Her cere is yellowing up and those steely flecks of blue are finally beginning to overtake the immature body feathers.
Congratulations, Lauren. To many people, I'd add "I'm sorry"—mindful of what a drag the real world can be compared to halcyon college days—but I suspect you'll manage to keep life interesting... Thank the gods for hawks and hawking!
Ryan - actually, I do have fond (or maybe frustrated) memories of Where's Waldo. :) I will have to apologize to the membership; I leave for China on Saturday and will miss the picnic. I was certainly looking forward to catching up with everyone.
Mark - thanks! I know what you mean. I've a few schemes for these next couple seasons.
